LIM Group is searching for a Sales Support Intern to start in May, with an internship duration of 12 months.
You will be based in Wellington, Florida, not far from the famous Palm Beach Equestrian Center, in the heart of equestrian activity. Do you like a challenge? Don't miss your chance!
Responsibilities:
You will be directly integrated into the Sales Support department for the following tasks:
- Providing customer service and sales support to customers as well as sales representatives, by resolving any issues and answering questions promptly
- Handling horse shows of Level 1 to 4 with the sales support manager
- Handling loaners of sales representative by sending it to customers
- Contacting customers for saddles to be returned to the office
- Preparing shipping labels and communicating with clients
- KPI analysis
- Logistics of horse shows and sales meetings
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements
- Autonomous, versatile, organized, and creative, you are dynamic and full of proposals.
- Your interpersonal and writing skills are recognized.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge and practice of riding are mandatory.
