LIM is currently looking for an Office Intern to support business goals by working with a variety of departments.
In order to support the group on the American and Canadian market and depending on the profiles, the candidate will be perform a mix of Sales Administration, Supply Chain, IT and assist with Commerce Support department.
The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with multiple departments, performing a variety of tasks and being exposed to different business sectors.
Responsibilities
- Sales administration: integration of orders, invoicing, shipping, monitoring of recovery of unpaid invoices, verification of contract execution conditions, customer relations, etc.
- Supply chain: management of internal logistics, picking, planning, inventory management, reception management (customers, suppliers), etc.
- Business support: sales monitoring, KPI tracking, monitoring of saddles to be collected, Editing and posting of stock saddles online, carrying out inventories, processing dispute files (disputes, complaints, etc.)…
- IT : assisting with device configuration
- Other missions will be assigned to you depending on needs.
Required profile:
- Fluent English
- Your studies have a business focus, and you are looking for a long internship or a
gap year. - Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable, flexible and organized.
- Knowledge of horse riding is appreciated
