You will be based in Wellington, Florida, not far from the famous Palm Beach Equestrian Center, in the heart of equestrian activity. Do you like a challenge? Don't miss your chance!
Responsibilities:
You will be directly integrated into the Sales Support department for the following tasks:
- Providing customer service and sales support to customers as well as sales representatives, by resolving any issues and answering questions promptly
- Handling customer returns, managing exchanges and issuing refunds when needed
- Maintaining the customer and sales database, ensuring it is up to date and current
- Preparing shipping labels and communicating with clients
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements :
- Autonomous, versatile, organized, and creative, you are dynamic and full of proposals.
- Your interpersonal and writing skills are recognized.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You are proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge and practice of riding are mandatory.
