BUTET is looking for a Sales Representative (B2C) based in Ocala to cover the territory of North Florida.
What we are looking for...
- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter
Sales Representative Mission :
- Represent the brand at WEC Ocala (mandatory) throughout the show season, engaging with customers and driving sales.
- Represent the BUTET brand and develop sales within the territory.
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Proactively prospecting and building new business opportunities.
- Represent Butet at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
Sales Representative Benefits :

Potential salary including base + commissions :
Year 1 : Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
Year 2 : Potential of $65K-$85k (base + unlimited commission)
Year 3 : Potential of $75K-$125k (base + unlimited commission)
